Skye Titmarsh

Growing up stud Brahmans have been my passion, with a strong love for all facets of farm life.

Since finishing my education, life has seen me continue to grow within our family operation, at Condamine QLD.

I have completed a short course in animal nutrition by correspondence, AI/Peg-testing and any skill set required to better management of cattle, horses and regenerate pastures.

Introduced to the idea of YPC at Emerald Ag-grow this year. It sparked as an opportunity for me to grow in the area of politics with like minded individuals and become more involved and aware of political challenges we face in agriculture on a day to day basis!

Understanding how much pressure we are under as an industry, drives me to follow my heart in doing my part in protecting Australian agriculture for future generations.

Adrianna Pott

My first encounter with AgForce was through the Rural Ambassador program and I was fortunate enough to represent the Burnett Subchamber at the Ekka in 2022.

AgForce provided a very interesting day through the SIPP program tours, and I enjoyed learning more about the organisation and their role in the industry.

I grew up on a cattle property just outside of Mundubbera and still have a large involvement with my families commercial beef cattle enterprise.

Currently I am employed as the Virbac Area Sales Manager for South East QLD and Northern NSW; which encompasses a territory from Mundubbera, across to Maryborough, south to Allora, Warwick, Texas, Inglewood, Stanthorpe, Tenterfield, Deepwater and Grafton, but skipping Dalby and Toowoomba and includes all of the areas to the east.

Prior to this, I lived in Tasmania for almost 6 years where I worked in genetics and breeding, as well as livestock production sales and consulting.

I am also a graduate of Queensland University of Technology, having completed a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Biotechnology (Plant and Animal) in 2014.

 Aline Dos Passos Silva

After my Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering and Teaching of Agricultural Science, I had the opportunity to work in viticulture, oenology, and bioenergy. Three years ago, I moved to Toowoomba, where I have completed a Master of Agricultural Science and currently hold a position as research officer for a canola breeding program.

I am dedicated to the grains and seed industry and passionate by fostering teaching/ learning opportunities to make resources available for our community and enhance skilled agricultural workforce. I am committed to integrating industry stakeholders to build knowledge-sharing spaces and results-driven discussions towards a sustainable circular economy. I am pleased to be part of the team and look forward to starting my journey with the AgForce Young Producers’ Council.

Piper Christensen

A proud 5th generation grazier from Central Queensland is where Piper developed a passion for agricultural advocacy. She is studying in her final year of a dual bachelors in Agribusiness and Agricultural Science majoring in agronomy. “Organisations such as the YPC play a critical role in introducing the next generation of agriculturalists to the Australian political and economic landscape, ensuring that the future of Australian Agriculture is safeguarded. Opportunities to learn from industry leaders and build a greater understanding of the ways in which positive change can be brought about are invaluable.”

Amanda Lee Burchmann

After leaving the industry for some time, Amanda has moved back to the farm in Warwick to raise her children and share her passion for agriculture regulation and compliance, especially with hobby farms and small businesses. “Getting myself and my family involved in the community and into farming again has been extremely hard. I really want to be a voice and someone people can turn to when facing the overwhelming task of regulation and compliance.”

Caitlyn Donaldson

Caitlyn Donaldson is a fifth-generation beef producer from the Central Highlands and holds a bachelor's degree in agribusiness and has a background in financial consulting. In 2017, she returned to her roots and now manages a breeding and backgrounding property. Jessica Mayne

Growing up in Central QLD and the Lockyer Valley, Jessica has been working in the animal health space for about eight years, developing a passion for animal nutrition, and is now Manager for Animal Health and Nutrition at Nutrien AG Solutions. “It’s very important to bring young people into the conversation and have them stay regional for the long run for agriculture and small-town living. Giving people the place to feel heard and an opportunity to get involved is an incredibly significant part of why I am in the YPC.”

Lachlan Tully

Growing up on a sheep, cattle and goat property near Quilpie, Lachlan’s love for agriculture began. After completing his construction and building certification, all while helping his dad on the farm whenever he can, he is giving back to the AG industry he loves through the YPC and other ventures. “It’s never been more pivotal to drive youthful insight and integration into the sector, the YPC’s doing that by bringing them [younger agribusiness owners] into the circle to get them to have the best chance of staying in the sector long term. I am excited to contribute actively to AgForce and help drive a sustainable, progressive future for our industry.”
