Everything you need to know about nominating and voting
Lead AgForce. Represent your Region. Shape the future of Queensland agriculture.
Nominations OPEN Tuesday 4 August 2026
Nominations CLOSE 5:00pm Tuesday 25 August 2026
Nominations are now open for positions that become available for election under the AgForce Queensland Farmers Constitution.
AgForce is a member-led organisation, and our elected representatives play a vital role in advocating for Queensland agriculture and guiding the future direction of the organisation.
Whether you have served before or are considering nominating for the first time, we encourage members from across Queensland to put themselves forward.
Not every position is open for election each year. In accordance with the Constitution, many elected positions operate on staggered terms to ensure continuity of leadership. The Notice to Members identifies the positions available for election in 2026.
If you are considering nominating for the first time we encourage you to read the relevant position description. You could also speak with Megan Ansley the Company Secretary to learn more about the role before submitting your nomination.
Interested in the Young Producers' Council?
Young Producers' Council (YPC) positions are advertised alongside the AgForce elections; however, they have different eligibility requirements. Unlike elected positions, applicants for the Young Producers' Council do not need to be financial voting members. Any current AgForce member who meets the Young Producers' Council eligibility requirements is encouraged to apply.
