As a result of a 19 November 2024 Decision of the Fair Work Commission, changes will be made to the definitions of entry level employees in Broadacre Farming and Livestock Operations with effect from the first full pay period which commences on or after 1 April 2025.

From that date the FLH1 classification will apply for 6 months instead of 12 months.  Once employees have completed 6 months’ service they will progress to the FLH2 level.  No other amendments will be made, i.e. progression to FLH3 level will still be after 12 months’ service and to FLH5 level after 2 years.
